At Finvista Research, we prioritize the satisfaction of our clients and the integrity of our research. Please read our refund policy carefully:
- No Refund Policy: Once a service is activated and research recommendations have been sent, the fees paid are non-refundable. We do not offer mid-term cancellations or pro-rata refunds.
- Duplicate Payment: In case of duplicate payments made for the same service, a refund will be processed within 7 working days, provided it is reported within 24 hours of payment.
- Pre-Activation Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription before any service has been activated or any data has been sent, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If service is disrupted for more than 48 hours due to internal technical failures on our end, we may offer a service extension of the equivalent duration at our discretion.
